With digital X-rays, images are taken using electronics, significantly reducing your exposure to radiation. A digital sensor is positioned in your mouth. The sensor is attached to a computer. With the click of a button, your images are captured. In no time at all, they are displayed on the computer monitor, ready for reading. There is no need to develop the images in a separate room.
